Engineering, operations and process improvement in one profile
I am Jorge Arce, a Systems Engineer who graduated from Universidad Autónoma de Centro América with the Summa Cum Laude Probatus distinction.
Alongside software development, I have worked in emergency response since 2014, taking on responsibilities in coordination, instruction and workflow improvement in environments where clarity, compliance and decision-making matter.
FireTrack summarizes how I work: I identified opportunities to improve an operational process, structured its rules and requirements, and turned them into a production SaaS solution.
